THE KINGSTON CENTRAL police are yet to establish a motive for the double murder that took place at the intersection of Orange Way and King Street in downtown Kingston, yesterday.
The incident left Lee McCalla, 34, otherwise called 'Terrible Twin' and 31-year-old Delroy Thomas both of Kingston 12 dead when gunmen shot them after blocking their paths.
According to police reports, at approximately 8:15 a.m., McCalla and Thomas were travelling in a Suzuki carrier pick-up truck along Orange Way. When they reached the intersection with King Street, a blue car blocked their path. It is alleged that four men came out of the car and fired at them. Both died on the spot.
In the Kingston western division, a man was shot and killed and a 55-year-old man was shot and injured in separate incidents after gunmen fired at them.
The police said the dead man has been identified as Ryan McDonald, while the identity of the 55-year-old man was not released.
