"Basically we finishing up the paper work right now, but you can call it a done deal," McKenzie said.
However, as far as Noddy Virtue is concerned, he is not rushing into any arrangement. He said that for the time being he is still free and only a comfortable deal will get him to sign.
"We have dem (Shocking Vibes) in consideration, but is all about the best offer an who mi can work wid comfortably, cause yuh haffi be comfortable to make hit music," Noddy said.
"Mi still nuh sign to nutt'n yet," Noddy assured, while adding that "others are in the picture."
Despite ending up second in the competition, Noddy Virtue is still riding high in the public's eye, as in addition to offers for recording deals, he has had offers to appear at shows and CDs of his performances on 'Rising Stars' are being sold.
"Dem have it all bout di place a sell, dem tape it off a 'Rising Stars'. Mi nah eat nuh food off a it still, but it still a help fi highlight Noddy an promote mi."
