Family pleads for public's help

THE FAMILY OF Joel Anthony Cleopas Thomas is again appealing to the public for help to find their mentally ill relative who has been missing since August 1.

Since a story was first published about Thomas' disappearance in September, Petrita Thomas, Joel's mother, said she was called to Montego Bay, St. James, by someone who saw him. Joel refused to go with that person and by the time they got the police, he had left.

Thomas, 25, left home dressed in a long-sleeve red shirt, black pants, a blue jeans hat and carrying a black knapsack.

Since disappearing he was spotted in Mount Rosser, St. Thomas, and Flat Bridge, St. Catherine. He was also seen in St. Ann, and Six Miles, St. Andrew.

Mrs. Thomas is appealing to anyone with information about Thomas' disappearance or who have seen him to contact his father at 363-0780 or the Duhaney Park police.
