MARIE ANGE AUBOURG, a Haitian who attempted to travel to the United States using a fraudulent visa, will return to court tomorrow to answer to the charges of forgery, uttering and conspiracy to deceive.
Aubourg, who hardly speaks English, appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday however, she could not be pleaded for the offences as she spoke little English.
It is alleged that on October 5, Aubourg checked in on America Airlines 628 to Miami using a Haitian passport with the number PP1205050 issued in the name Marie Ange Aubourg.
