POLICE HAVE IDENTIFIED the body of a male who was found floating in a canal near Tawes Pen last Monday, with its mouth gagged and two gunshot wounds to the back of the head.
The body is that of Ray Gilzene of Nugent Street in Spanish Town, St. Catherine.
Gilzene, 13, a student of the White Marl Primary School, went missing the morning prior to the body being found.
The St. Catherine North Homicide, who were investigating, said that closure has been brought to the question of identifying the body.
However, they are looking for Gilzene's killer (s).
