Man denied bail for destruction of property

ARIAN HENRY OF Nanny Boulevard, Nannyville Gardens, St. Andrew, was denied bail and remanded before Resident Magistrate Martin Gayle in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday.

Ripped underwear

Allegations are that on one of his visits to his brother's girlfriend's house, Henry forced himself onto the complainant. He allegedly pulled up her skirt and ripped her underwear. He was subsequently charged with malicious destruction of property.

Henry will return to court on August 17.
