MARC WHITE, A 43-year-old doctor, was arrested on Friday and slapped with an indecent assault charge after one of his patient reported that she was given oral sex during a visit to his office.
Allegations before the courts are that on July 15 this year the complainant went to the doctor's, office on Tangerine Place in the Corporate Area to receive a check up after experiencing pains in her abdomen and back.
The court heard that while there oral sex was allegedly performed on her. She reportedly told family members about it and they encouraged her to report it to the police.
The matter was reported to the police and after a week of investigations THE STAR learnt that White was arrested and charged by Inspector Dutress Foster-Gardener. It is reported that the doctor had willingly turned himself in to the police.
He was taken before the courts on the same day and was granted $50,000 bail. He is to report to the Constant Spring Police once weekly as a condition for his bail. He is to return to court on October 12 when his case will again be mentioned.
