Foreign-minded exlover?

Dear Pastor,

I am a young woman in college in the US. My dilemma is that I am in love with my boyfriend but recently someone I was in love with many years ago came back into my life. And he is now telling me that he loves me and really wants to be with me. He is currently living in Jamaica. My friends say that he just wants a girl that lives in 'foreign'.

Pastor, I don't know what to think and that is why I am asking for your advice. I do love my boyfriend very much but since this guy came back into my life I have been thinking about him a lot and whether the guy I am with is right for me.

What do you think I should do? He is now saying that when I come to Jamaica he wants me to spend all my time with him. I don't know if he is being sincere or not.

Dear Stuck,

I suggest that you continue the relationship that you are having with your boyfriend and leave your 'old fire stick' alone. Tell him that you have a boyfriend and you are finished with him. Right now he is confusing you and causing you to question the relationship you are having with your boyfriend. I don't think you should trust him.
