Jamaica claimed their third Caribbean Football Union title when they beat Cuba 1-0 in the final on February 24 in Barbados and are now up to 41st in the world rankings, remaining fourth in the CONCACAF ratings behind Mexico, sixth in the world, the USA (10th), and Costa Rica (21st)..
Cuba, runners-up in the Digicel Caribbean Cup Finals, have jumped 11 places and are joint second in the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) ratings.
FIFA's world rankings for March issued yesterday, showed Cuba surging up to 60th in the world, the same as Trinidad and Tobago.
There is no other positional change in the CFU's top-10, with Haiti, 93rd in the world, remaining fourth and St. Lucia fifth at 117th on the FIFA list.
The remainder of the top-10 has St. Kitts and Nevis, 119th in the world, in sixth position, followed by Barbados (121st) seventh, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (135th) eighth, Grenada (148th) ninth, and Suriname (151st) 10th.
Brazil continued to enjoy a rating of undisputed world number one ahead of France, with Argentina third. The Czech Republic are fourth, followed by Spain.
