Dear Pastor,
I have a problem. I have a boyfriend and he seems to be getting on my nerves lately. He is a very jealous person and I hate that. I'm a very friendly person and I normally give my male friends hugs. He seems to have a problem with that.
I have this ex-boyfriend and he and I are pretty close but not in any other way other than friends. My boyfriend hates when this guy and I talk and I don't see why he should get mad because what is in the past is in the past. He also seems to be telling a friend of ours everything he and I go through.
He also tells him to tell me to do certain things and I hate it when I'm told what to do. I'm just afraid my feelings for him aren't the same.
He really does like me and I know that for a fact. I also don't want to hurt him. What should I do?

Dear E,
It is either that your boyfriend is not convinced that the relationship with your ex has totally come to an end or he is very jealous and cannot control his jealousy.
If a man does not trust his girlfriend, she should end the relationship with him because he would continue to play the fool even after they are married and that will cause much unhappiness.
I think I have said enough to make you think. Make sure that you do not flirt with men in general.
Pastor
