Dear Pastor,
I am a married woman, 28, and my husband is 33. We have a six-year-old son and I am now pregnant with my second child.
I don't want to say that my husband is cheating but my husband made a remark one day while he was dropping me off that has me wondering. My husband got a phone call one day. The person he was talking to heard me talking and asked who it was and my husband answered, "somebody I am dropping off."
Pastor, let me tell you my heart fell when I heard what he said.
I started cursing him and saying "somebody, I am somebody", he then turned to the person on the phone and said "it's my wife, a soh she miserable".
Pastor I am most upset because I have been getting unidentified phone calls from girls and he said he doesn't know who they are. Is it that I am jumping to conclusions or is it possible that he is indeed cheating on me?
M.S., Kingston.
Dear M.S.,
Never mind, do not allow telephone calls from women to your husband upset you.
He is not very sensitive of your feelings but that does not necessarily means he is cheating. You should tell him not to allow girls to call him at your house.
However, if they do call do not question them. It will only cause unnecessary arguments. Take care of your pregnancy.
If the behaviour of your husband becomes unbearable, see a family counselor.
