I do not know why you mentioned prominent neighbourhood. What does the neighbourhood have to do with whether or not you use a dildo? If you want to use a dildo that is your business. You can't ride a dildo. That is foolishness. You enjoy the pleasure of its use. It is your choice.
It seems to me that you are not a working woman. A working woman wouldn't have the time to fool around a dildo two or three times per day.
Get a job
You need to go and get yourself a job. Any woman who is so obsessed with such sexual instrument and finds that it is difficult to do without should seek professional help. I therefore suggest that you make an appointment to see a psychologist.
