God bless Lacovia High

THE EDITOR, Madam:

I refer to the Rev. Devon Dick's commentary on 'Is Lacovia High Cursed?' in The Gleaner of March 9,2004. I am so happy and relieved that someone has seen it fit to shed some biblical and intellectual light on the matter.

When I read the articles in THE STAR I became so embarrassed and upset. I enjoyed working at that institution for eighteen years and if I should return to Jamaica now I would beg for a job at the same school. Parents,teachers and students of LHS stand firm, Satan comes in many shapes, sizes and forms. He sees something good happening at Lacovia and wants to spoil it. Hold on Lacovia School family and continue to produce the good CXC passes. There is no CURSE on you but BLESSINGS.
