Watchdog group for the govt.

THE EDITOR, Madam:

Today's article on NEC hails JTA's decision to sign MoU, I too am happy that all these public and private sector organizations are helping the government to get the country's finances in order.

Now I strongly urge that these organisations, put a 'watchdog' group in place to ensure that the Minister of Finance, Dr. Omar Davies, and the government take the necessary steps and get the country's finances in order and that they do not squander the money of those who have signed on to make this happen.

I am a concerned Jamaican who is looking forward to return home, but I am carefully monitoring the events at home. May God continue to clean-up my home.

I am, etc.,
