Bigging up Excelsior Primary School's PTA

THE EDITOR, Madam:

Recently the Excelsior Primary School Parent Teachers Association (PTA) met and elected the officers who will lead that organisation for the next year. The newly elected team of officers will be led by Miss Tricia Francis, a parent who, in the past, has demonstrated that she is willing and able to offer top class service to the Excelsior Primary school community.

Madam Editor, kindly allow me to use this medium to thank the persons who led the Excelsior Primary School PTA in 2003.

I am also grateful to the members of the public who supported that organisation in a tangible way. The association anticipates even greater support in 2004, the year when one of the best primary schools in Jamaica and the Caribbean celebrates its 25th year of existence.

I am, etc.,

HUGH ANDERSON BLAIR
